3.RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USER
3.1 You guarantee that all acts of using this product comply with national laws and regulations, are legal and true, and do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
3.2 you guarantee that you will not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the product except for activities expressly permitted by law.
3.3 you understand and agree that due to the limitations of the existing technology, the product provided by the service provider may have defects, and can not guarantee the normal implementation or achieve the results expected by the user under any circumstances.
3.4 you should pay the fees for this product on time and in full, otherwise we reserve the right to terminate your use of this product at any time, and you should bear all the responsibilities for the possible damage caused by the termination of this product service.
3.5 you promise and guarantee that the source of funds required for the purchase of this product is legal income.
4.RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GNAME
4.1Gname promises that the act of providing you with this product does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of the third party.
4.2Gname is responsible for the timely upgrading, maintenance and management of this product, and provides you with free consulting and technical support services through customer service telephone, online customer service and other methods.
4.3Gname is responsible for ensuring the stability and continuity of this product, except for the unavailability caused by a third party or force majeure.
4.4Gname promises that the product provided to you does not contain:

5.TERM AND TERMINATION

6.GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION

7.GENERAL
7.1 The failure of either party to exercise or promptly exercise any of its rights, powers or preferences under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver;Nor shall any separate or partial exercise of any right, power or priority preclude a subsequent exercise of any right, power or priority.
7.2 If any provision or portion of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provision or portion shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.3 Notices, requirements, rules, policies and other documents arising under this Agreement will be published on the official website of Gname, and shall be deemed to be known to You within fifteen (15) days after publication. Notice of violation may be sent to your account or contact email in the form of a letter or email.
7.4 The headings in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning and interpretation of any part of this Agreement.
