1.2 You know and agree that GNAME only provides you with a purchasing channel, and you shall use this product in accordance with the relevant rules and agreement requirements of the product provider, and complete the registration and use on the platform of the product provider.

1.6.4 If GNAME needs to terminate the provision of agreed products and services due to the promulgation and change of decrees and policies by relevant competent authorities, it shall not be deemed as a breach of contract by GNAME.
2.SERVICE FEE AND PRODUCT PRICING
2.1You agree and acknowledge that Gname will publicize the relevant charging standards and requirements on the relevant pages of the official website, and have the right to adjust the above standards and requirements according to business needs and market changes; or formulate different service charging standards, preferential and promotional policies according to the market conditions at that time and its own operating policies.
2.2If you have any objection to the charging standards and notice contents provided by Gname, you shall promptly notify Gname in writing and stop using all services provided by Gname; otherwise, it shall be deemed that you agree with the charging standards formulated by Gname, and both parties shall pay the relevant fees in accordance with the notice contents of the charging standards and other matters provided by gname.You agree that Gname shall have the right to exempt from litigation or arbitration for any dispute arising from the adjustment of charging standards and other matters, except as expressly provided by law.
2.3You agree and acknowledge that once this product and service is sold, no refund is supported.
2.4 You agree and acknowledge that Gname reserves the right to interpret the above charging standards and requirements and other policies.
3.NOTICE

5.2 You understand and agree that in the course of your use of the products and services under this clause, if you suffer corresponding losses due to GNAME's reasons, GNAME will compensate you for the direct losses caused to you. In no event shall GNAME be liable or liable to you for damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
5.3 You agree that you shall compensate for the corresponding loss or bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract due to the loss of GNAME caused by your breach of this clause. 6.GENERAL
6.1 The headings and headings of this Agreement are for convenience and ease of reference only and shall not be construed or construed in any way in relation to the Agreement between the Parties.
6.2 The failure of Gname to exercise any right or to act in respect of a breach by you will not waive that right or the right of Gname to act in respect of a subsequent or similar breach.
6.3 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
